Kayro Interactive ("Kayro", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AI workforce platform available at kayrointer.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Kayro, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with GitHub, we receive your GitHub profile name, email, and avatar.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform — which agents you interact with, commands you run, and approximate token usage — to operate the service and enforce plan limits.
Content you provide: Messages, documents, and data you submit to AI agents are processed to generate responses. Conversation history is not permanently stored by default. However, information you explicitly save to your Brain (the company knowledge base) is stored in your account until you delete it — this is a core feature of the service.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers are collected for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your Google account
When you connect your Google account, Kayro requests permission to send emails on your behalf via the Gmail API (gmail.send scope). This allows Kayro's AI agents to draft and send outreach emails, follow-ups, and other messages directly from your Gmail address — only when you explicitly instruct them to.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

International transfers: Kayro is operated from the UAE. We use US-based infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Firebase, Anthropic, Stripe). By using the platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Usage logs and token records are retained for up to 12 months for billing and abuse prevention.
We take security seriously. Authentication uses httpOnly session cookies to prevent client-side token theft. API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict how we process it; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at inquire@kayrointer.com.
Kayro is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable minimum age). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at inquire@kayrointer.com and we will delete it promptly.

Kayro's AI agents — including agents that discuss legal matters, financial topics, tax questions, accounting, or investment ideas — generate output using large language models. This output is for informational and productivity purposes only.
Nothing generated by Kayro constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice. AI agents are not licensed attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, or regulated professionals. Output should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice specific to your situation.
Kayro accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on legal, financial, tax, or investment matters.
